1. Complete an Online Reservation Form. Complete and submit the online reservation and release form(s) by clicking the link below. No payment is due at the time you submit a reservation.

2. We Review Your Reservation & Issue Invoice. We will review your reservation, confirm availability, and issue an invoice for either the deposit or the full amount, depending on the tour and destination. Payment requirement and deadlines will be clearly stated on your invoice. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required payment is received.

3. Reservation Confirmation & Pre-Tour Materials. Once the required payment is received, we confirm your reservation and send your pre‑tour materials. If a remaining balance is due, we’ll invoice it once the tour is confirmed. Final payment deadlines vary by tour and destination and will be clearly stated on your invoice.
