RESERVATIONS
Thank you for your interest in Biding Texas & Beyond! Whether you are joining one of our scheduled tours or reserving custom tour dates, follow the steps below. If you have any questions along the way, we're happy to help.
RESERVATION PROCESS
1. Complete an Online Reservation Form.
You can reach this page by selecting "Reserve this Tour" from any tour page, or by visiting the Reservations page directly. When you are ready, click "Start a Reservation" below to begin your booking. No payment is required when submitting the form. A reservation holds your space while we process your booking.
2. We Review Your Reservation & Issue an Invoice
After we receive your reservation, we'll review your information and send you an invoice with payment details. Your space or custom tour dates will be held for 14 days from the date of the invoice. If payment is not received within 14 days, your space or custom tour dates will be made available to others.
3. Reservation Confirmation & Pre-tour Materials
Your space or custom tour dates are confirmed once we receive your deposit. You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. As your departure date approaches, we'll send you additional tour information, including a detailed pre-trip packet.
