In the Oaxaca Valley, bromeliad‑laden pine forests and desert scrub host specialties such as Dwarf Jay, Red Warbler, Ocellated Thrasher, Beautiful Hummingbird, Bridled Sparrow, and Oaxaca Sparrow.
