RESERVATION PROCESS
Thank you for your interest in Birding Texas and Beyond.
All of our tours are filled on a first come-first served basis based on the date a deposit is received.
Please note your reservation is not confirmed until we:
1) Receive a complete reservation and release form(s),
2) Confirm space availability and tour dates, and
3) Receive your deposit.
To Complete a Reservation:
Step 1: Confirm space availability and tour dates. You can find this information on the tour's page, or Contact Us. If a tour is full we can add you to a waitlist and notify you if space becomes available.
Step 2: Complete and submit the online reservation and release form(s) by clicking the link below.
We will:
Step 3: Review your reservation, confirm space availability/tour dates, and email you payment instructions. No payment is due at the time you submit a reservation. However, a deposit must be received within 14 days, or the space will be released to other clients.
Step 4: You will receive an email confirming your reservation after we process your deposit.
